Counter-Notification Process If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the email above. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court.
Repeat Infringers BodyLeak reserves the right to terminate user accounts and access to the website for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
